Very satisfied with the service, we just moved in to a new house and had 10 locks that needed to be replaced Allen's Locksmith gave the best deal out of three estimates that we had and also they were able to replace a French door lock which was a big problem for other companies, definitely a 5

I had to change the locks asap to one of my properties, the locksmith got there within 20 min and the price was reasonable.
