- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing, with any scope changes discussed in advance. Most services are flat-rate, while larger or complex jobs are quoted based on photos or a site visit. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and discounts may be available for recurring services. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick chat to understand your needs, followed by a photo review or on-site walkthrough if needed. Once we agree on the scope, pricing, and timing, we collect a deposit to confirm the slot and arrive with all tools ready to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in landscaping safety, carpentry, general housekeeping, equipment handling, and customer service. While much of our knowledge comes from years of hands-on experience, we regularly research and adapt best practices to stay efficient and safe.
