- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is quite simple, if we are not able to perform an effective repair, then we do not charge for the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information (verification of : email, address, and phone number), perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer(s) up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally and training is a very important part of what we do. Members of our team received hands-on training working for a license plumber as well as formal schooling from SUNY at Stony Brook. Using the experiences, hands on training, and schooling from our team members we believe that we can effectively continue to grow our list of satisfied customers.
