Mr. Andrew responded fast and scheduled the next day. He came out and diagnosed the issue with my shower. He communicated and showed me the problem which was totally different from what I thought it was. Communication is top tier In the end, my shower was fixed and he said if I had any problems, I can just call him. I appreciated his professionalism. Drew is a hard worker and committed to his clients. What started out as a hopefully small project (fixing a leaky shower faucet) turned into a multi-day nightmare that involved cutting into the wall to replace old pipe parts. (Mind you this was all just 4 days before closing to sell my condo.) My place is smaller and all the plumbing was the original plumbing from the 70s, so Drew had his work cut out for him! Not to mention he was also up against my own emotional stress and my mom’s persistent questioning. But he was very patient and worked to the best of his ability. At times it seemed like the issue may have been beyond his skillset, but it was not. He threw himself at the hard problem and figured it out. He had to pick up new parts a couple of times, and then ended up having to come back twice to finish repairs when the first fix didn’t hold. I was so appreciative of Drew coming back each time. Where other plumbers may have ghosted, Drew continued to work with integrity and showed commitment to his craft. He was responsive, he listened, and he got the job done!
