Lance was a joy to work with. He did a total renovation of our home in Cassadaga and his work was impeccable. Combine that with a reasonable price and great communication and you have the perfect handyman. I wish I could rate him higher!

He's super flexible and puts in extra work like getting materials for you to make his services more convenient for you. Great guy, he even shares helpful information about services and products semi related to your initial needs for future reference to save money and meet county inspection requirements.

We recently hired Lance to install Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Lance was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive. He communicated clearly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. What really impressed us was not just the quality of his work, which was excellent, but how efficient and organized he was. He completed the entire project in just one day, exactly as promised, and was able to start the job shortly after we hired him, which was a huge plus. The finished floors look beautiful, and it’s clear that Lance takes pride in his craftsmanship. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into every step of the process. I had a great experience with Lance. My house needed several repairs, more than I knew at the time. Lance suggested some things that needed to be taken care of. Initially I had hired Lance to do some cement work on my front porch and Paint. We ended up replacing the downspouts, a complete cleanout of junk that had been piling up in my garage and room off the garage, some landscaping, cleaning up shrubs and bushes, rebuilding some areas that were deteriorating around my downspouts, painting both my front porch floor and patio floor, and sealing my driveway, fixing a couple of small leaks in my roof and of course the painting of my house. He did a fantastic job with everything!! I could not be happier!! If you are looking at other contractors, STOP!!! Just hire Lance!! You won't be sorry!! He can do just about anything you need done, will do a tremendous job, and do it in a timely manner, and happens to be a very nice guy to boot!! I look forward to having Lance paint another house I own and some additional work as well. Thanks, Vohn Austin
