In a world of challenging contractors, Lance was a breath of fresh air. He had a long day, but found time to squeeze me in. He was a great communicator and it was obvious that he knows his stuff. Beyond that, he helped me identify and repair several small problems that were on the cusp of becoming significant problems. His pricing was more than fair and I was impressed with his work. Maybe more importantly, Lance just seemed like a really down to Earth good guy, which means the so much in a world full of contractors who have no skills, can’t show up to a job and then give you an unreasonable and often outrageous bill. Lance was none of that. I definitely recommend!

Lance showed up every day, and worked his tail off while he was here. He listened to me and incorporated my ideas when they made sense. He helped me save money on materials, and was transparent about the project cost and the cost of scope changes. He was pleasant to have around and got along great with our dogs. At the end of the project, he cleaned up the mess beautifully! I will 100% hire him again!
