- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is easier to determine if you can see the property, I don't like to estimate on a job if I can't see it to know exactly what I will need to do. I like to be fair to my customers, but I don't want to quote them one price and get to the job and see that's there's alot more entailed and have to change the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to meet them, Let them show me their property, talk with them about what they want done and work out an estimate with them that's fair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with property preservation and landscapers in the past.
