FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive. I work with my clients and customers to find efficient and affordable solutions for them so they can effectively achieve their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure there is a good fit by asking questions to properly assess the situation and ascertain the client's objectives. If I cannot provide exemplary service due to proximity or some factor, I make that clear up front. My goal is to always exceed expectations because I aim to retain clients for the long term. I'm up for any challenge, however and enjoy working with clients and landlords to help them problem solve and overcome obstacles. Everyone's situation is unique, so I offer different strategies and pricing structures. This way, the client can choose what works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in business. Notary Public. Licensed Real Estate Broker. I manage single family homes, high rises and everything in between. I've managed/listed house/apartment rentals, co-ops and condos and have represented both buyers and sellers in their acquisition and disposition of co-ops, condo units and houses.
