Locksmith Excellence was great! They responded immediately and we at the home meeting a tenant within 20 mins. They addressed the situation to get us in a home where our smart lock was undone bc of a dead battery. Elan and his team even ran to get replacement batteries after gaining us access to the house. No one ever wants to need a locksmith but Locksmith Excellence was professional, verified we actually owned the property and made our tenant feel assured that his access was a priority. I hope to never need him but I would definitely use their services again.

I hired Elon to just change the locks on my apartment door, when he was there I asked if he could also put a door back on its frame and he did both jobs efficiently. Elon is personable, responsive and a fast worker. I would definitely refer him to others and hire him again for another project.
