- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my tiered/ stacked fondant cakes(2-tiers and up) start at $ 220.00 and go up from there. Single fondant cake tiers(1-tier) start at $95.00 and up. Any other cake/dessert quotes or any questions then feel free to contact me anytime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief discussion by phone etc. I discuss with clients what it is that they are envisioning for the cake... then I will work out a budget friendly plan for their master piece! We then set up a meet and greet before their event, I solely believe it is very important to meet the face/voice behind the scene so that you know who you are working with.I believe in making the client happy, there is no budget too small that cannot be worked with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of Pastry school over 15 years in a fine dining establishment as a Pastry Chef working alongside talented Chefs such as Todd English and designing celebrity cakes also. Keeping up with the food/dessert industry by taking specialty cake/pastry courses to enhance my skills also 2 years of fashion design with a background in color theory and blending.
