My son, a disabled veteran moved to NY from California. He waited for over a month for his belongings to arrive. Unfortunately a good amount of his things were destroyed. The moving company said he would have to go through everything, and file a report. He was not capable of doing this without help. I found Kim, had my son contact her, and they were able to go through everything in just one day! My deepest thanks and appreciation to Kim!

I was very happy with the results. I did feel hopeless at first, because l had so many papers on my bed. But as Kim threw out papers, l realized we did a lot, then she swept, vacuumed and made the bed, and it lightened up the room. She was easy to get along with and she stayed very positive, which was very helpful. I look forward to working with Kim again!
