I have an older laptop that has progressively gotten slower. Recently it would not load some web sites. I REALLY did not want to buy a new one. Gene contacted my immediately after I began the process, was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was able to clean out useless files & made recommendations for more efficient programs, & he did all of this remotley. The cost was very reasonable & certainly much less expensive than a new laptop. I am pleased to say that I now have a Computer Dude 😊

I am far from a techie so when the MacBook Pro I bought came needing OS to be installed AND an issue making the Recovery Disk unusable, I wasted hours getting nowhere but frustrated…felt like crying & was about to return it. Out of three thumbtack providers, Gene responded first, his estimate was $20 cheaper, and could do it first. My slow internet made it take far longer, but Gene never complained or made me feel stupid, and less than 24hours later the MacBook Pro I was ready to give up on is running perfectly with same OS $3000 gets you at AppleStore. Telling everyone I know, I found our computer guy!

I got scammed by MS Microsoft and wasn't able to get on any programs. He walked me through what he was doing and what the others had done and what to look out for in future. I was very upset, he calmed me down and fixed my computer. thanks again for your help.
