I got scammed by MS Microsoft and wasn't able to get on any programs. He walked me through what he was doing and what the others had done and what to look out for in future. I was very upset, he calmed me down and fixed my computer. thanks again for your help.

I would like to thank Gene for the outstanding service he provided me to fix a problem to which the layman would have no chance. He searched and found the problems and proceeded the tedious task of rectifying the issues. He also made good suggestions as to how these issues would not arise again. People, make sure you don't lose your password(s). And I would like to add that I could have checked all the boxes and not just the three I did. Good job, Gene, and thank you.

I have an older laptop that has progressively gotten slower. Recently it would not load some web sites. I REALLY did not want to buy a new one. Gene contacted my immediately after I began the process, was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was able to clean out useless files & made recommendations for more efficient programs, & he did all of this remotley. The cost was very reasonable & certainly much less expensive than a new laptop. I am pleased to say that I now have a Computer Dude 😊
