Getting headshots can be uncomfortable and stressful, Anne-Marie made the experience comfortable and fun. The pictures came out professional yet natural, the whole process was completed in a week. This was exactly what I was looking for someone who knew how to get it done.

I had needed a new headshot for a few years. I hate being photographed and my usually warm smile always flees in the face of a camera. Anne-Marie and I settled on working together, set a time for a few days later. The photo shoot was great. She continually kept me at ease, worked with posture and smile, lighting and background.
I got a slew of decent pictures from which I chose the four best. And now I have my headshot plus some alternates.
And I thought the price was very reasonable. I completely recommend her. Easy to work with, professional, and good at what she does.

Anne-Marie did a photo shoot for me. She is a pleasure to work with. I had the best time. She made it very easy for me. I had a particular location I wanted to use. Anne-Marie conferred with me before the shoot, and she provided her expertise so we could get the best time of day for the best lighting, since I wanted to shoot outdoors. I had something in mind, but Anne-Marie brought her own artistic perspective and made it better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the type of shoot, amount of time spent on the shoot day, and the number of final images you would like. For commercial clients we will also talk about licensing/usage rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask you what sort of images you’re looking to achieve, and we’ll talk about how to attain it. I love when clients have inspiration to show me. After the shoot (except event photography), I will send you proofs for you to choose which shots should be edited and retouched. I do not release unedited images.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an in-house photographer for a national beauty company for over 5 years. During that time I shot everything from product campaigns to portraits, events, and architecture. After that, I went fully freelance where my clients include restaurants, fashion brands, skincare professionals, artists, rental properties, glass artisans, and more.
