They turned a dusty old room above the garage into a beautiful comfortable guest suite for us with a new set of stairs installed.
They also took down a wall to expand our dining area and installed new flooring to match the existing flooring and a few other odd jobs around the house.
They were a pleasure to work with, high quality work and no drama. Also helpful and honest advice and guidance from Nur throughout the process. Highly recommend this great team!

Moved into an apartment 2 weeks early and got an opportunity to remodel it by the end of the month.
Removal of a separator wall between the living room and kitchen was done within a day and further construction of a washer dryer closet within two.
They also relocated the gas and water line to accommodate an island sink setup and routed new electrical lines to it as well.

When we bought our house, we needed some improvements done asap before we moved in. NK Development was one of four companies we saw and I immediately liked how competent they were. They offered small cost-saving ideas that I had not even considered. For example, I wanted a more modern look for my kitchen and instead of a complete overhaul, they suggested raising the cabinets and painting them. They broke down their costs for me in a way I understood, they worked fast, efficiently and kept me upraised each step of the way. They brought their expertise to my ideas and made a project that I had been nervous and anxious about easy and exciting! I can't recommend them enough.
