Crystal Howard-Century

As a tutor and educator for the Hudson Valley New York tristate area, my goal is to help students succeed by utilizing motivational learning tools and multisensory teaching strategies. I want to help students enjoy learning and to retain all that they are learning. I have 20 years of teaching experience and extensive one-to-one and classroom experience. I tutor students of all abilities and from diverse populations, either face-to-face or through online teaching. I provide tutoring for the following subjects: reading; writing; English; biology; chemistry; study skills; test- taking strategies; SAT, ACT, and Regents review; neuroscience; and health profession courses. Also, I provide help with anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, clinical research, medical terminology, medical assisting, medical education, human sexuality, nutrition, health education/health promotion, sociology, laboratory skills, protocol design and development, substance abuse, and contemporary health.
