- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates, via walk through or video call. My rates are a flat rate by size of home and services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask as many questions as possible over the phone, we then schedule a time to do a physical walk through or use video chat if that more convenient. Once the walk through is completed, we book the job together. I create a work order/checklist and discuss simple cleaning contract reviewing times, dates, services needed, forms of payment and any other specifics regarding clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in the Hospitality field, mainly in fine dining and upper management. I have learned how to delegate, prioritize and efficiently complete the many tasks to above par level according to the Client's specifications.
