Pricing is very competitive: Boot Camp sessions - $20 per session- at our outdoor location at 6 Tymor Park Rd in Union Vale. Packages available in 8 and 12 session packages per month. Boot Camp meets at 6:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays (and Fridays during summer months). Personal Training - at YOUR location or our outdoor location at Tymor Park in Union Vale. Personal Training is $475/month for 8 sessions per month - 2 per week. Personal Training is $675/month for 12 sessions per month - 3 per week. Personal Training is $795/month for 16 sessions per month - 4 per week. I love helping people improve their lives by transforming their body, mind and health.

Have been doing Tymor Park Boot Camp for 8 years. Am 62, feel like 40, thanks to the fitness level obtained through boot camp. Would recommend it for anyone looking to get and stay fit. Cathy S.

After 4 months of boot camp + of course watch out my diet, I lost lots of weight. Bob can help you achieve your goal. Just make sure you have the mind set to do. I highly recommended this. Please don't let the boot camp words to scare you, he just has a set of work out for you to do and how to do it right. Try it, nothing to lose!

Hey all you women out there that want to lose that last ten pounds,100 pounds or just want to get fit! I am living proof that it can be done. After just a few weeks with Bob at boot camp at tymor park I was feeling better and looking better. Just a few hours a week will make a huge difference,and you still have the whole afternoon to yourself before the kids come home and your day really begins. Bob is the most caring and understanding personal trainer I have ever met and he switches the program around every day to really meet the needs of his clients. It is a no pressure way of working out, seeing results fast, and not worrying about anyone watching. (Except for Bob) I have tried the gyms,studios,etc. And always was discouraged and ended up not going after the first few weeks. To date, I have lost about 25 pounds and three sizes and feel and look better now than I did before my three children.try it its hard work that's not hard!!!

    No hidden fees or long contracts! Boot Camp sessions at our location at 6 Tymor Park Rd in Union Vale are $20 each, available in 8 and 12 session packages per month. Personal Training is $475/month for 8 sessions per month - 2 per week. Personal Training is $675/month for 12 sessions per month - 3 per week. Group Personal Training - $675/month for 8 sessions per month - 2 per week - for 2 people. Call for additional discounted pricing for groups of 3+ people.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    It all starts with the first phone call. My aim is to get to know my new client as quickly as possible... What are the problems or challenges they are facing? What makes them tick? We discuss goals, health and exercise history and I modify my approach accordingly. Lastly, before a client starts my program, I make sure they are briefed on how to prepare for training, including proper eating, timing, equipment needed as well some do's and don'ts.
