- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all of my shoots at a flat rate. I will give you a firm price that will hold, so long as the scope of the project does not change. I will write out a simple, but complete scope of work statement that we mutually agree on so there is no confusion. Your proofs will be uploaded to my "client's only" site in a password protected gallery. You may order prints of any size on matt or gloss paper, canvas, metal or even an iphone case, right from your private gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet to talk through what your expectations are for the shoot. A little planning and a lot of good communication do more to make a shoot just right than any other factor. I want to be able to wow you. To do that let's make sure we are both comfortable that what you are looking for is something I can deliver at the level you are expecting. If we feel there is a good fit, then we can schedule the shoot and all the details from there, if not - that's 100% ok. In fact, I have dozens of other great photographers in my circle of friends that might be just what you are looking for.

I have been shooting for over 30 years. Working on location and in studio.
