Jimmy was a true professional from start to finish. Where others wanted to jump right to an expensive replacement of our screen door when it wouldn’t latch he took the time to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs so that our existing one was back to working like it should. My front screen door blew open during a recent wind storm and needed to be replaced. I contacted James on the Thumbtack app and he replied the same day. He offered to help me choose a door, but I had already done research and chose an Andersen door. He said it was a good door and he had installed many of them. We decided on a day and time and price. He picked up the door at a big box store and he arrived promptly. He installed the door and left. Later that afternoon I noticed some adjustments had to be made. I notified James and he came the next morning and made the adjustments. I'm very happy with the door and the installation. James was very communicative throughout the entire process. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I would hire him again in the future.
