- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are low and competitive So you’re not paying more to get the most thorough Inspection and best qualified and experienced engineer. Fees are based on the size and complexity of the home. Here’s a price list of approximate costs. $350 - Small 1 bedroom apartment $350 - 1 floor condominium/ small house on slab $400 - three bedroom house with basement / Large condo or townhouse $450 - Four bedroom single family house / small multi family house $100 - Termite inspection if done at the same time as the home inspection. Call Steve for exact quote. Discounts available for seniors, military, underprivileged and disadvantaged class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet you at the home and inspect the home while pointing out all my findings and answering all your questions. I write a report at the inspection so that when we are finished I can show you the report with photos and descriptions of all concerns. My detailed report is then emailed to you and immediately available.
