- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are competitive considering that get the most thorough Inspection and best qualified and experienced engineer. Fees are based on the size and complexity of the home. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet you at the home and inspect the home while pointing out all my findings and answering all your questions. I write a report at the inspection so that when we are finished I can show you the report with photos and descriptions of all concerns. My detailed report is then emailed to you and immediately available.
