Steven inspected a two bedroom co-op apartment for us a day after a major blizzard. He got up at 3:30 in the morning to make it into the city and arrived at the apartment before we did. He started the inspection immediately, and we were so impressed by the thoroughness of his work. While he looked at electric outlets, the stove and fridge, walls, and faucets among other things, he kept explaining to us what needed to be fixed or replaced and took photos of everything. He was incredibly patient and took time to answer all our questions. The seller's agent was equally impressed by him and told our agent how fabulous he was. I would give Steven six stars if I could.

Steven responded immediately and was able to do the homeinspection right away. He showed up on time and was very professional and personable. He performed a very thorough and detailed inspection. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and went above and beyond and took the time to make sure he covered everything. He even provided the inspection report to us before he left. Steve was extremely responsive, thorough, and experienced. He pointed out things we didn’t even notice and we had already reviewed the property. He’s one of those people who can take a pretty accurate guess on the historical changes of a property over the decades. I recommend for first time home buyers as well, Steve doesn’t make you feel rushed and will answer and explain to you any concern you may have. Very professional. I would refer anyone to him as first pick.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet you at the home and inspect the home while pointing out all my findings and answering all your questions. I write a report at the inspection so that when we are finished I can show you the report with photos and descriptions of all concerns. My detailed report is then emailed to you and immediately available.
