We are super happy with the work these guys did in our home. One of the things we valued the most was their professionalism. Elton and Arthur and their crew are by far the best contractors we’ve used for any of our remodeling/renovations projects. They are able to get our jobs done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, correctly. E&A Construction, inc has become our go-to contractor for all our home improvements. In addition to facilitating the skilled work, their crew diligently cleaned up the job site when done, and they leave you with a finished product you can be proud of. Hello Juan, my name is Arthur, and I am one of the two owners from E&A Construction, inc. I want to start by apologizing that you feel we are irresponsible for not being able to show up for an estimate in your project on Sunday December 24th which landed on Christmas Eve and most of our staff is off on the weekends anyways! Also, I would like to be clear to our customers and potential customers that, we have never done any construction work for you!!! And only we have missed the walkthrough appointment for an estimate which you requested to be on Christmas Eve, and my worker mistakenly confirmed not realizing it was Christmas Eve Sunday! Also, I want to add that you were only available to meet on the weekends which most of our team is off and we have to go out of our way to come out for estimates not to mention doing this on Christmas Eve Sunday. Please understand we work very hard for our reputation and do value all of our clients bedeck. But In this case you are a potential client and i am going to have to report this review since we have never done any type construction service for you nor have any kind of written contract with you, and we do not believe you have enough reason to express the one star review without receiving any of our construction services us!! However, I am here to make up for the missing of our appointment and if you’d still consider us for your project, I am more than happy to schedule an appointment for your project and it can be anytime of the week between Monday-Friday, except the weekends. If you do, i am going to make sure you will be very certified with our services like many of our clients are in the tri-state area!!! Thank you!
