- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work with each customer on pricing. We understand the pandemic has hit everyone in different ways and, unfortunately, sometimes financially. While we try to keep our bottom line, we also want the customer to know that we're reasonable and we offer discounts where we can. Don't ever hesitate to discuss cost with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to meet the customer in person and get a feel for the likes and dislikes pertaining to the specific project. We are always ready to offer suggestions and advice on how to make the project smoother and the customer's life easier. We stay in constant communication through the proposal process down to the very end and we hope the customer can do the same.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just recently renovated an entire downstairs area (kitchen remodel, bathroom, living room, dining room and hallway) for a woman who was extremely hard working and really deserved it. We formed a nice business relationship out of it and when she told us that she trusts us and our judgement, it made us overjoyed. It took us about 4 months (with some other projects sprinkled in between) and the results were beautiful.
