- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services based upon the size and age of the property. I am not always or even usually the cheapest but I offer a higher quality product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we will discuss your home inspection needs and concerns. Then I will ask for a description of the property, for example, how many rooms there are, square footage, or if there are any outbuildings or detached garages with electrical service that will be included in the inspection. We will then set an appointment that is convenient for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have purchased several homes and I only once had a great inspection experience. I decided that I wanted to be the one providing the great experience. I have an extensive background in residential remodeling and commercial construction, so getting certified was another learning experience that I used to build my skill set.
