What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First year clients will get a 20% discount. My fees are very reasonable compared to other preparers with 34 years of experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person the first time so I get to know my clients. After that if they want to meet in person I definitely prefer that but will allow them to use my portal if they can't.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year Accounting degree, a 4 year business degree and an EA license to practice before the IRS. I worked at Wegman's corporate office in payroll for 11 years also.
