- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on estimated time required to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the client and meet with them (whether in-person or virtually) to discuss their needs. We develop a project plan, review it with the client (as appropriate) and begin their project. Milestones are established, and we check-in with the client with timeline status updates and review of work in-progress. As appropriate, we deliver wireframes/mock-ups/examples of our designs for the client to review. Based on their feedback, we will adjust and redesign as-needed to ensure complete client satisfaction. Upon acceptance, we deliver the completed work to the client...and more often than not, we are contacted again to provide them with additional services in the future. 90% of our business is repeat clients and referrals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience as a company, and individuals within the organization have a variety of education levels, typically BA/BS or higher. However, in the design and creative world, formal education does not predicate skill or talent -- so several of our team members are natural design/creative prodigies. We put our best work forward at all times, and if it comes from someone who was 'born' to design or create, that always stands ahead of someone with a formal education.
