Our electric baseboard heater broke. We have a fairly old house with what I can only describe as very weird wiring. Brandon was able to isolate the issue and order the parts to fix it. Throughout the process he explained everything and was always punctual and is pleasant to work with.

I had been without power in part of my condo for almost 3 weeks and felt like no one could fix it, but I needed to keep trying, so I reached out to a few electricians. Brandon was very responsive and came the same day to fix my issue. He was diligent in trying to troubleshoot the issue and he was able to fix it in less than an hour. He even explained to me the various things around my condo with respect to wiring, circuits, etc. I didn’t understand most of it, but I appreciated that he wanted to educate me. Would definitely recommend.
