The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and the installers kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our decision to hire 5 Star Bath was a good one! We had met with several other contractors before making a commitment. The materials used by 5 Star far exceed the samples demonstrated by the others. The laborers were kind, accommodating, and professional. We also opted to go for color instead of a basic white. Again, a great decision. The remodel went well and we are very pleased with updated bathroom. I would recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions for your next project.

Five Star Bath Solutions recently completed two full bathroom renovations for my wife and me, and we could not be happier with the results. This was a project we had put off for several years because price was a major factor. Previous quotes for just one bathroom were completely outside our budget, so we assumed it was not going to happen anytime soon. Then I saw an advertisement for Five Star Bath Solutions and thought maybe the timing was finally right.My wife and I invited Phil to our home and showed him what we were hoping to accomplish. From the start, he was honest, helpful, and never pressured us into anything we did not need. He measured carefully, took notes, offered great suggestions, and helped us understand what made sense for our space and budget. It felt like we were talking with a family member who genuinely wanted to help us make the right decisions.When we received the estimate, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that updating our master bathroom could be done without breaking the bank. I then asked Phil about our second bathroom, and he was extremely accommodating. He was able to give us a great price and estimated that each bathroom could be completed in about a week.Although we had some supply issues getting the vanity and counters ordered from local suppliers, Five Star Bath Solutions was very flexible with our start date. Once the work began, the team kept us informed each day about what they planned to accomplish. They also made helpful suggestions, including recommendations for handrail locations based on what they had installed in other homes.The crew cleaned up every evening and kept us well informed throughout the entire project. In the end, they completed both bathrooms in just two weeks and one day, and we are extremely happy customers. I would highly recommend Phil and the entire Five Star Bath Solutions team. Kudos to everyone for a great job, and thank you, Five Star Bath Solutions!

Latchman and Keen did a fabulous job renovating my sad, 38 yr. old small bathroom. The only scary part was having to provide many of the components and worrying they may not work, but they all did thanks to this hardworking team. Love the results! And cat approved....BONUS!!
