From my initial inquiry to the final edited photos this has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a photographer. My family and I were visiting Lake George for the week and wanted family photos. BZ Media did not disappoint! Being from Long Island I have used my fair share of photographers and BZ has surpassed my expectation of even the top wedding photographers on Long Island.
He was responsive, prompt, professional, and accommodating. He helped us choose a location (as we are not from the area) and with a time for the perfect lake shots.
Our group included small children and he was very accommodating and patient and helped the babies feel comfortable to ensure we got the perfect shots.
The photos were ready before his estimated timeframe and all were exceptional! He also included before and after editing pictures which was a great touch. He also does Polaroid photos during your shoot for some instant photos on the spot!
We will be coming back next year and will be working with him again!

Brandon did such a great job. We loved everything. He made it so easy and was very responsive. We went up to the proposal spot the meet before to map out the whole proposal. I had a great experience working with Brandon. He was very responsive from the beginning and accommodating when I had to reschedule. He was very patient with my toddler girls. He had great ideas for a variety of pictures for our family photos including poses as well as more action style pictures. We truly enjoyed the day at the park, with the beautiful fall weather and are very happy to have the photos to cherish for many years.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing fee is negotiable based on what my client's needs are and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process when working with a new customer varies from what their needs are. I usually start by reviewing what service they require from me and figure out a pricing. We sign a contract. I will create a Milanote page and clients can provide me with examples of what style they want. MIlanote is a storyboard application where users can drag photos, add links, and write out specifics for an upcoming project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Champlain College where I studied filmmaking and animation. While there, I started freelancing on film sets, editing for clients, and taking photos as a student. After I graduated I worked in numerous professional settings to hone my skills and continue to improve them as I progressed in my career
