- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always speak to the designer in person and ask to see their work! Not from magazines or publications! This shows what type of work they do and how it looks in the atmosphere its made for.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I want them to understand that we have many years of experience and accumulated knowledge. We are not a mass merchandiser of flowers. We use certain flowers in certain ways for reasons. There is a lot of preparation work before a customer buys any flowers. We use treatments for freshness and longevity. It is almost always in your best interest when not sure what to purchase to ask the designer. Some flowers are less expensive than others so you get a wow bouquet for a reasonable price. If you want exceptional always speak to a designer!! Individual designs should always make statement. In the end we only want to put smiles on peoples faces and a lot of hard work is beind scenes.
