About

30 years in both residential and commercial construction. I take each of my projects very personally as a reflection of me. I won't accept any less than what I would have done in my house. Doing these home improvements have always been a great stress relief from the day-to-day office work. Working with my hands is what I love to do. I love trying new things and products and learning. 90% of the people I've met over the years have been great to work for. I've even received a few hugs at the end of the job.

Glenn did a small job for us and did a great job. He was prompt and professional and very accommodating as far as working his work schedule around our schedule. I would definitely hire him to do more jobs for me. It was refreshing to find someone who truly wanted to make the customer happy and not just get the job done and get paid. We got the sense that he takes pride in his work something that is very rare today.

Glen ripped out the carpeting and installed floating laminate flooring for us. He was extremely nice, professional, and punctual. He worked around our schedule and budget and even did a couple small fixes around the house for us! He cleaned up so well after, it felt cleaner than before he started. And last but not least, his prices were the best in the area. We will definitely be hiring him again and have already begun to discuss future jobs! Thank you again so much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every project is unique in scope and size. I've yet to do two jobs that were exactly the same. I always look at every job and discuss options with owners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to customers home at the scheduled time. Introduce myself. Discuss what owner's needs are. Review possible ways to save them money on their project. Review my quoting process and how payment works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction Technology degree. 30 years working in both residential and commercial construction with several contractors of different trades. Personnel studies with books and seminars. Numerous discussions with other tradesmen to learn what and how they do things.
