FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see a job in person before quoting. I think it’s in everyone’s best interest to meet face to face to communicate the specifics of the project. This leads to a more accurate quote and fewer misunderstandings. It also helps to build trust, which is so important when you’re hiring someone!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in museums and galleries for the last decade and I’ve learned a lot of tricks from the guys I’ve worked with over the years. We turn over thousands of square feet of gallery space every year, so as you can imagine, there’s a lot of painting going on. I also went to art school, and I feel like that gives me an advantage when aesthetic choices have to be made. It taught me to think critically, to be resourceful in my problem solving, and to take my craft seriously. Attention to detail is what sets a good painter apart from the rest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an art major in college, which led to my working in museums and galleries for a career. I had been preparing exhibit spaces for a while when I decided that those same skills could be used to bring in some additional income. So, I started Noble Paint Pros!
