I wish we could have picked all 5 instead of just 3. We had a rotted out deck and came to realize after they inspected the previous owners never put flashing on the house when they put the deck on so water was getting in and rotted out half the beams in our back room. The back of our house was on its way to falling off. Henry and his team did a great job fixing it. They were so friendly, always on time, and incredible! We highly recommend them!!

Call there clinits back don't leave them hanging. Telling you will call back and not calling is very unprofitable

Unfortunately we had been waiting for 2 days for a response from the perspective client for an address to meet to give a quote after we had responded confirming we were interested in meeting, and had given a day we agreed we could both meet on site for an estimate. After 2 days of waiting for an address from the perspective client with no response, I made plans for my finances 50th birthday and went out of town and was unable to receive communication after that. I do apologize for not responding but after 2 days I thought the perspective customer had found other contractors as happens constantly on thumbtack. We do not leave customers without communication, especially if the customer responds to messages and texts. Unfortunately if we dont receive a response and perspective customer stops responding, we cant move forward with helping our perspective clients. Timely response from both parties is imperative for the process to move forward
