What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my many years of experience, training, the quality of products used, and the results that they will receive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to go over what the event is and the dream look/makeup preferences, so we can begin collaborating. When we have confirmed we are a good match I go over pricing and payment and answer any question they may have. Location is already sorted because I am a mobile artist and always travel to the client. I also request a photo of anyone needing a makeup application - this gives me a reference for choosing which shades and products will be best for them. My goal is always to have the client happy; having great communication from the beginning ensures that we’re always on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began freelancing in 2015, managed a BareMinerals boutique from 2017-2019 where I then transitioned to MAC. I received multiple certifications through MAC and following that I freelanced for Smashbox and GlamGlow. I have work featured in Glamour Magazine, FOX business network, and more, as well as working on over 100 professional photoshoots
