- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per time spent with your furry friends (not per pet). Our prices are (not including sales tax): - $25 per 30 minute visit - $32 per 45 minute visit - $38 per 60 minute visit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has indicated they are interested in our premier pet sitting services, we start with a phone conversation. This allows the customer to learn more about our business and the high standards we have for our pet sitters. We also learn about the customer and the needs they have regarding their pets. If both parties feel like Empire Pet Care is a great fit, we schedule a free consultation. One of our senior staff members will visit the home to meet the pet parent and the pets. We will collect detailed information regarding their care and any housekeeping services you will need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pet sitters have one major thing in common: they LOVE pets! We make sure that each pet sitter is comfortable working with each pet and their individual needs. A new pet sitter is always trained by an experienced member of our staff before performing any sit on their own. Empire Pet Care sitters are always background-checked, insured, and bonded.
