We work on annual contracts with transparent, all-inclusive pricing — one flat rate that covers opening, weekly maintenance, and closing for the full season. No surprise fees, no per-visit upcharges, and no separate billing for standard chemicals. Pricing varies based on pool size, sanitization system, and debris load, and we'll walk you through exactly how your quote is built before you sign anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation about your pool, your goals, and any issues you've had with past service. From there, we do an on-site evaluation to assess equipment, water condition, and site specifics, then provide a clear annual contract quote. Once you're on board, we schedule your opening and lock in your weekly service day for the season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
