We just purchased a home with a pool and knew nothing about care. After opening the pool we couldn’t get the water to clear up. We contacted Penguin Pools and met with Mike. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything so that we were able to learn a few things. I will be sure to use Mike going forward for our pool needs. After using another big pool company in the area and being very disappointed with their service I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed with Penguin. Would absolutely recommend hiring them!

Contact was incredibly slow. Took a few days and they finally confirmed an appointment only to ghost me day of. I still have not heard back from them as to why they did not show or any attempt to reschedule
