I have relied on Dan and his business for the last several years in NYC apartments I both rented and owned. He is VERY responsive, extremely thorough and well connected. He is knowledgable, fast and fair. Some of my neighbors saw him working on my apartment locks and also hired him. Highly recommend - I met him via an emergency situation when I locked myself out and since have used his services in planned situations and to deal with complex pre-war locks. Highly recommend!
