They Installed the HVAC system. 3 units and 2 condensers. One stop working as soon as I move in “E7 error”. Oscar sent a tech to come out that tech said he was going to re place the unit, he schedule a an appointment for a week later, Oscar said we wouldn’t have to wait that long, I followed up never heard back from Oscar so had to wait that long we were without heat for that entire week. The tech did show up for the appointment however he didn’t replace the unit like he said he would instead he said a valve was close and he opened it. The unit worked for 5 mins after he left it stop working again. Oscar still haven’t responded yet. I have no heat in the winter in my room and 3 units now aren’t working. I was told that I have one year warranty when I hired him. I don’t know what to do now. I spend thousands of dollars for nothing.
Hope he sees this and decide to do something. This is starting to feel like a scam.

Scheduling was easy. The job was horrendous. I needed an AC unit installed and the person that showed up to do it had never done it before. There were 3 inch gaps between the unit and outside. The job was corrected but still poor and because of the original install it ruined the pieces for when he “fixed it”. Hire professionals that don’t keep their children waiting in the car while they are are work.

Details: Install a new A/C unit • I already have the A/C unit • Ground floor • Less than 1,000 sq ft • Three stories • House
