- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. It's determined by the performance hours and travel distance and the amount of setups.. i.e. if there are different event rooms..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions and help the person throwing the party plan an itinerary...I try to develop background info on the guest of honor so as to personalize my Emcee and musical presentation in tribute to that person..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes . I regularly visit with my voice coach. Also when I'm doing a major event I always go in for a "tune up" (scales) the morning of the event. I'm also presently enrolled in an online music production course offered through Boston University's school of music.
