- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually I will get contracted to fix minor issue's or things having to do with the software side of the machine. Reinstalling windows, installing drivers. Also sometimes people just need help getting more out of they're machine such as internet speed and overall performance.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My only advice really is to not be suckered into somebody that doesn't know what they're doing. A lot of people think they can repair computers and they end up doing a lot more harm than they do good on your system. There are a lot of parts to the machine that have to be addressed for sustained function.
