Woodys drain service was excellent. He was very responsive and explained everything he was doing. He gave me a few options and told me how much each option would cost. He made sure to finish all that needed to be done with this visit. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing problems.

Super quick and effective. I had a slow drain in my kitchen for a week and it needed to be fixed. I called my last repair man but he was currently busy on a current job at the time in Liverpool, but he insisted I work with with his partner “Jeff Woods”. Jeff came within the hour to help and assist. I got the results I needed after 45minutes. I was not needing to be bothered as I needed to game to create content, he also waited to bill me once I was done with my last gaming session. He showed me what he had done and the result of my sink working properly again. I believe it had something to do with the garbage disposal, but every tool he needed he had with him. He was given an extra tip for his efforts cause it even seemed like he cleaned out the sink too after he was done. Will definitely call with Jeff Woods or Frederick Gallishaw again for any repairs that might come. Straightforward and honest people from start to finish. I have them locked in my contacts for future use. Am very appreciative! 5 stars!

Jeff was great. We had rotten smell Coming from 2 Toilets. Jeff and his worker were professional. Talked to me about options and provided fair pricing. They worked for about 1.5 hours and it was done. They did not leave a mess which was appreciated

I must say on may 7 Jeff from woodys drains service responded to a call of mine in less then 5 mins which was a big wow factor for me. Not only did he respond fast but also showed up very fast and was able to take care of my clog sewer right away. Not to mention price was very fair but price wasn’t the issue compared to standing sewage
