We contracted with Homestead Renovations for a house “refresh”. Lots of painting, trim, ceilings, doors, door replacements, minor wall repairs, new light fixtures, updated light switches and new granite counter tops with back splash. Rob and his team were very personable, reliable, and the quality of work performed was top notch. The work site was kept clean and organized with little disruption to our daily life. The project took about 3 weeks and was on schedule as planned – we added some extra work to the project as well. They accommodated the additions with no problems. We have two mini dachshunds that we were worried would be loud and disruptive to the work crew, but they took a liking to the crew and became good friends. We were extremely pleased with our renovations – feels like a whole new house with a very fresh modern look. Rob and his crew did an extensive overhaul to our large deck… repair work, sanding and staining. Our deck that looked so shabby we had considered replacing it, now looks fantastic! It was a tedious task, but they got the job done with exceptional attention to detail. We also had them paint the trim on our home and replace some rotted wood with PVC. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They are meticulous in their work, extremely professional and exceptionally pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects!

Had them come out to my house to do an estimate for painting the entire interior. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The estimate was very reasonable. I didn't end up hiring them since in the end it made more sense to use the contractor who was doing my kitchen remodel for the painting as well. But would certainly work with these guys in the future.

I found these brothers through a random search a few years ago and I’m so glad I did! We have used them for all of our home projects since. They’ve done masonry, a ton of painting, a full bathroom remodel, installed lattice and light fixtures, pressure washed my home and they even did some custom woodwork! They are very talented in a wide range of areas. They are reasonable with their prices and are reliable. I couldn’t be happier with the work they have done. These guys are genuinely good people.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are usually pretty competitive, sometimes a little more, but the old adage still rings true, “you get what you pay for.”
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually an initial consultation to find out exactly what the potential client is looking for so when completed, the project exceeds the customers expectations!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training and hands on experience!
