Sarah helped me in the middle of winter when a potion of my gutter unexpectedly fell off my house. She was available the next day to help me and had the project done in just 2 days. She took her time to evaluate why the gutter fell off, removing any damaged or rotten wood from the structure in preparation to be replaced by new, sturdy wood. She communicated with me through every step, showing me her progress and letting me, the homeowner, decide what was best for my situation while still providing her professional opinion. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured, only ever in charge and at peace (which is not something I've ever felt before during a home improvement/repair project) with the problem at hand. Now I can breath again, having pride in my home. And that's a feeling worth giving a 5 star review!!!
