- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, and also offer flat rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the details of their move, and educate them on how the process works. We go over the different options, and find the best fits their needs. Every move is different and every customers needs are different. We respect that and work with you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the trucking industry for 20 years. My moving experience started in 2009. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so I went all in learning everything I need to know. I trained my movers on the job and outside of work as well. Not only do we teach moving skills, but also customer relation skills. We feel that is just as important.
