Contractors beware. I fell through a sinkhole and the homeowner became upset with me. Her property is falling apart and I demonstrated mercy on this homeowner because I strive for excellence. I went to er and didn’t even send her the bill. Her house is trashed and I am the 3rd homeowner who has worked on this job. The homeowner is manipulative and very tricky and deceptive. Contractors stay away homeowner did not file a report on me. She tried to file a report so that I wouldn’t bill her for the work so far. Very unAmerican. I told her that her property is unsafe to work on. The homeowner got mad at me because I fell through a hidden sinkhole and on that day to work, the homeowner procrastinated until 3PM when I was able to show up or a one day job and she wanted me to go to her house and work on a Sunday due to her procrastination and was upset with me because I refused to work on a Sunday when I was initially suppose to work the full day on Friday. This homeowner is very nasty. Look what she is doing by writing a review on me stating that she had to file a police report. That’s a lie. It is a civil matter not a legal matter. When people lie they are so into it that honest people with integrity and people of excellence should be able to see it. She’s good. Watch out Contractors. She’s a snake when I had to go the the emergency room from sustaining injuries, she never asked if I was okay but she accused me of lying about falling through a sinkhole that I was not aware was there.
