When I spoke with Kevin he said he was coming the next morning- he never came and the last text was at 6:00pm at that point I got someone else.

Anna, I'm very sorry that you were displeased with our company. At the time you called for service it was for a snow removal job from your roof. I had several other roofs to shovel off that day as I had mentioned which is why I said if we cannot get there that evening we will try to get there the following morning. I also mentioned that I owned a snowplowing business. As you know it continue to snow that evening and I had to stay out throughout the entire night working on my current contracts. However I did go to your house the next morning around 11 AM and your roof was already shoveled off so I never even knocked on your door to let you know that I was there. When it comes to emergency services like that we try to get to everybody and in some cases by the time we can get there they find another contractor more available to do the work. Once again I am very sorry that you were so dissatisfied as to give me a zero rating. I'm happy you were able to find a contractor to do the work and I hope that he was able to do so with no further damage.

My husband and I are very pleased with the work Kevin is doing. Kevin has been very helpful in assisting us with choosing colors to paint the outside of our house. He goes above and beyond and always keeps up to date with any problems he may encounter. We are definitely going to use him in the future for other projects we have and I definitely would recommend him to my family and friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my MBA from Syracuse University and also studied architecture before switching to business. I have taken certifications in electrical plumbing lead and mold abatement ect.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the age of 14 I had it uncle that owns a construction company and was fascinated with were going from blueprints to a full construction finished product Looking over those blueprints is initially what got me interested in architecture
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do all kinds of jobs but we commonly do roofing, siding, painting, flooring, windows and doors, Decks, sheds, garages, additions, Kitchens and bath remodeling.
