- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family. My old man started cooking and smoking almost 30 years ago, so its all about keeping the tradition going while putting your brand on it as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The list is endless. We have booked weddings and graduations. Anniversaries and rehearsal dinners. Stag parties, office parties, open houses. You name a gathering, I'll show you a reason for some BBQ!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never trust a caterer who wont provide samples. If you can't taste what you're buying, how can they expect your (often large) business? We take pride in letting our product speak for itself!
