We mainly cater and provide service within the state of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut in the United States. Our company specializes in a variety of cuisines. We provide services for both corporate and private entities, regardless of any sector. We use only the finest and fresh ingredients in our dishes, prepared under a highly-skilled, professionally-trained culinary team. With an experience of 30 years, we have catered to many events. Since then, our services have grown tremendously, serving 10-200 persons handled by our admin and lead staff. Currently, we offer customized meals based on our client's specifications, we also have some packages, pictures, and videos that are attached in this file and definitely suit best for your events.

We catered from Corazon de Mexico and La Adelita for our daughter’s birthday party. Not only was Cynthia, who I corresponded with, super responsive and helpful, they provided excellent service during the event. The food and drinks were excellent, they passed the appetizers around, and were extremely professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Very grateful for the job that these guys did. Very good food, freshly made and flavorful. Professional presentation and food set up, I loved small details how they serve the appetizers. They come fully prepared and with enough staff. And what’s very important is that they offer a very good value for the price. Overall experience with this team exceeded my expectations!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with new customer, we reach out to make sure what exactly they seeking, in-terms of buffet-style, hor's d'ouevre or drink before sending a proposal that's not to their budget or food preference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I acquired a Bachelor of Arts: Hospitality Management at Monroe- in addition to Puebla Libre de Gastronomia from Puebla, Mexico Certification and Achievement Award of E.L.B Cookout. Furthermore, in 2016 was awarded Best Boro Award in Queens with La Adelita and James Beard Boro Award 2020 from Corazon de Mexico.
