I had some issues with my lights flickering and also my AC wasn’t functioning properly so i started looking around for some technicians to help me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the customer’s HVAC needs, property, and equipment. Depending on the project, we may request photos or schedule an onsite inspection. After evaluating the system, we explain our findings, recommend the best options, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we schedule the service or installation, complete the work professionally, test the system, clean the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eco Volt is a licensed and insured contractor, and our technicians are EPA-certified to work with HVAC refrigerants. Our team has completed manufacturer training for Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, and LG residential and commercial HVAC equipment. We continue to stay current with new systems, installation standards, refrigerants, and diagnostic procedures.
